Delivery of parts took 3 weeks
Ash was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had to stop proceeding with the purchase due to health reasons as it became no longer our priority.
Excellent company to deal with. Responsive to questions and follow up was great.
The "ride" is not smooth over the complete length of travel, in spite of an engineer attending this a.m..
Installation Engineer was excellent. Very pleased with the design and operation of the life changing stair lift.

Very hard water in our area. Constantly deep cleaning the shower screen and replacing kettle due to build up. All that cleared up after having the water softener installed.
Salt needs adding approximately every 6weeks for two people. Call out charges very high. Our Harvey’s water softener is almost 10 years old. Viewed buying a replacement, thought having all the plumbing in place we would only need a new unit installed. Price quoted for all new parts, etc as if the water softener was being installed for the first time. Would only recommend Harveys with the above advice.
