I had a problem with the dramatic increase in cost from the standard straight run versus what we needed for safety ie. rounding a corner at the top of the stairs. More than 3x the cost?
After sales service is deplorable
As of now very disappointed. Once we get stairlift installed, maybe my opinion will change

Very comfortable bed easy to use had good salesman who explained everything very well and the man who delivered it went through all the uses it has very good firm to use and would recommend it
Although Stiltz were very quick to sell and then provide the initial survey, followed by the technical survey, we are yet to receive any action from the installation team, in fact we are still awaiting confirmation that they can actually fit it. In short, deplorable. When I was in engineering we had a saying for this which was " Who can run a chip shop like this"
