We did not go ahead but they were excellent
very pleased with the product, no problems whatsoever. I am 86 my wife 84, the lift was for my wife who recently had a hip replacement, she finds the stairlift very convenient. The company were very good from beginning to finishing, keeping us informed at every stage, we would recommend them .
All was well from ordering to installing the new softener and answering all my questions and cleaned all after job done .
Excellent from seeing what water softener we needed through to a quick install.

No comparison with this company had it for 3 week the wife passaway fitted on 17 April she die on the 3 May offer sell back at half the price
Can't reply to quality, money or expectations as we have not had the stair lift installed.
