Moved into a new home we’re lime scale was an issue on the toilets,sink and taps. (House was 6 years old) water was in the red on test for hardness. Had the drinking water filter fitted at the same time. No hard sales just the facts and benefits. Fitters respected home when fitting and fully explained.

Companies like this should not be operating in the UK. Caused a massive leak over 2 floors due to cheap faulty materials used, were completely unresponsive when alerted and let it drag on for almost a year. AVOID
