I was persuaded by my family to accept a reconditioned stairlift which made sense in the current climate of recycling and reuse but I’m not sure this was my best option. As my stairs are curved I now think I should have paid more for a bespoke track. A straight up and down stair would have been fine I guess.

Acorn's Salesman was excellent!!! He addressed all my questions on the spot and understood when I needed to have the lift installed. He called scheduling and made the appointment date and time. Got a call from Customer Service Scheduling Dept. a few days later and they wanted to know if I would my original installation date for 2 days earlier than my original date. I agreed thinking having it installed 2 days earlier would be fine. When the date came I had to call to find out when the installer
