Excellent quality and feels very safe

I had an installer called Hydrofresh of Gravesend install my unit and was pleased with their installation, but they didn’t ask if I wanted my garden tap left as hard water which I was a bit annoyed about so now I might have to get a plumber to change it over.

Very good service and price

I haven't had my stairlift long enough to fully answer the questions about quality, value for money, or met my expectations. I have had a malfunction problem already and the lift has been in place approximately 2 months. Any downtime is an inconvenience. However, the chair was repaired at no cost to me, and I am a happy customer once again.
