Parts missing, took 2 weeks to get job finished.
Stair lift is fine, not happy with moving the handrail, basically it's a plank of wood a handrail screwed to it, very cheap and cheerful job, it's so far from the wall my son has difficulty passing handrail and Stair lift. I think you should put the original type, it was a pigs ear, at your expense
I suspect this website is actually run by Harveys and pretends to be a comparison site. The only option we were given was Harveys and no one else. I didn't hear anything from anyone once I'd submitted my details for about 2 weeks and then Harveys phoned up and tried to book a demo which is not what I wanted. I just wanted an estimate price.

I wa s told that fitting would take place on Monday 16th August.By Thursday the 12ththere was no word of when the stairlift components would be delivered or when an electrician would fit power for the charger. I telephoned then and again several times on Friday was promised a call with information which never came ,I also sent an email and repeated it on the Saturday.
