Had a nightmare with lift not reliable high cost of repair s. repairs carried by Bristol company charged travel time to and from their base
Matched another lower quote, installed promptly as per quote. Engineer arrived on time left no mess and perfect installation. Impossible to fault.
As I have not yet decided on or had a water softner fitted I am unable to review watersoftners.
Considering the fact I have not actually purchased one from your - or any other company........ yet , I find the receipt of this survey somewhat presumptive !
I will be needing a quote for a lift - once we have actually moved to our new property ( this could be a few months away !)
In the interim , could you please alter whatever information you have on me - I simply asked for some information . If I purchase a lift - I’d be more than happy to review my choice !

Too many follow-up calls. Very irritating.
This was the highest priced bid we received, but we had a good feeling about the equipment and the provider, so that's why we went with it. No regrets at all. The staiflift is great, the communication was great, the installer was great, the process was great.
Very caring and professional. Quick to respond with any help and information that we needed.
