Riser chair was not like display chair which was brought to home demonstration and was deemed defective by an Independent report and a charge back was successful
I'm tall and needed bigger chair.. it fulfils its function
I needed this bed as quick as possible 7 days later they delivered and set up , brilliant value for money,and highly recommend
Annoyed that advert claim so much off when you query they want to send a high pressure sales person to the house. You can get just as good chairs on line without high pressure sales. They meet most needs
after asking for information about stair lifts I got bombarded with phone calls from this seller
Installation took longer than expected but worth it
Customer Service was very poor, it was always me that foned for an update as to what was happening, they didn't even make me aware when the slats for the bed had been damaged ??
