Do not bother
Overall, I find their service and product are very good. They need to extend bit more guarantee on their product and labour, if they have to compete with others in the market.

Electrics needed extra work by homeowner`s electrician, at a cost of £70. otherwise the stairlift would have been left operating on the homeowner`s extension cable.
the visit by representative delivery and installation were without doubt very good and we would recommend the company
I find the join in the rail irritating but otherwise I am happy with the stairlift
