Sam did a brilliant job squeezing a lift into a tight space. He worked for 12 hours and still cleared up, was very careful in his treatment of the paint work and wallpaper adjacent to the lift, and did as professional job as was possible under the site constraints.
It is the human contact, the home care assessment in person and having the regional manager personally visit my mother & I gave me the confidence to use this company.

The seat is hard so are the arms.
The waterfall back is uncomfortable and my head gets pushed forward.
I complained about hard seat so extra padding was fitted but is no better. I can't adjust the back cushions to suit me.
I do not find the chair comfortable.
