I haven’t had a lift installed as the engineer said it couldn’t be done because of fire regs
Submitted a request to you and I got a 1 bell ring within 10 mins and when I called number it went to answering machine
We have used a Water Softener for 40 years + and cannot imagine being without it.
Excellent all round except for direct exit issues,because of misplaced dd forms I had to resubmit several not a big problem just very annoying.

Harvey Twin Tec Cobalt Blue Water Softener: We had a rather complicated water set up that took time to resolve, but fitter dealt with it in a first class manner and went "the extra mile" to resolve.
I would have liked the stairlift to move just a little faster but do understand that it’s got to be suitable for people who may have more physical disabilities than I have. Now that I’ve got it I can’t imagine being without it.
