I was very happy with my new water softener. It, however is not linking up with my I-phone. Three phone calls have been met with promises for a phone call from Mark but I have received no phone call. I feel that Harvey’s installation was excellent. But now they have your money, their aftercare is really bad.
Was very pleased with the information given to us by engineer who first explained Prestige was not manufacturer but used Acorns product. He explained the various options we could have and what would be best in our circumstances, I agreed. The fitting was professionally installed with minimum of disruption together with full explanation of workings and after sales service. Would definately recommend Prestige to others.
They made a great effort to get to know their client and the family around them. Their whole interest was in the safe and contended environment for their care person
