Only very recently installed. Has only been used twice. Therefore unable to give an opinion on reliability etc.

When the stairlift was installed it stopped functioninig after sometime the engineer left. It was off and no power was coming to the lift.I have to call customer service to book an engineer to visit again.
On revisit engineer found looose wires in side the stairseat and they were not connected properly to charge the battery.
Works well. I hadn't expected to assemble it though and had to enlist help as I am 87 and not that strong or able. It is comfortable and I am pleased with it.
Could not wish for any better. Outstand in every way.
