Very helpful in choosing correct stairlift for our needs and not trying to add extras not needed. My wife couldn't leave hospital until lift was installed and this company fitted ours 4 days after ordering. The fitters were very organised also very professional in there installation, what a great company.

Terrible company, was with them for 4 years, moved home recently, they came out to disconnect (but took ages despite being notified weeks in advance of my plan to move and only after I insisted that they do this before I physically moved out). Disconnection was a rushed/botched job - left a pipe connection leaking which caused damage to the property - took my paid for filter tap out and although had a replacement tap to fit in it's place, couldn't be bothered to do this properly, leaving me with
