I was very impressed and found both men I spoke with were very happy to listen to my situation trying sort affordable care out fir my mum with dementia at home .At present family are rallying around but I feel I have a safety net available if all falls through or if need 3 days or more cover .I will contact again if required and found the support very helpful .

I could not begin to tell you the number of people that have come to the house to help me care for my lovely lady who I’ve been with for 6 years in February 2021 she lost her mobility so I have to have a second live in carer because of the hoist having to be used I’ve been send people who can hardly walk themselves. One who was 21 stone who needed care herself. One who left the house during the night.one who stole my bank details costing me 8,405 ,one who didn’t believe in vacation and brought C
The engineer was both expert and extremely professional. He arrived very punctually and completed the installation in 2 hours.
Any new bed takes time to adjust,it took me a while to get use to it and now it's fine.
Changed our lives lovely to have soap suds again softer skin, washing softer kettle no furry bits excellent very happy recommend to anyone.
