I chose my riser recliner because I wanted something not too large and in truth something that fitted in or matched the other forms of furniture & curtaining. Did not want a chair that stuck out like a sore thumb but wanted something that fitted in!! Unusual but I value a lounge that dose not give the feeling of being an old people’s home! Very happy with chair cohosen - not cheap - but as they say - you get what you are paying for!! All the best ??
The engineer was excellent just everything about this company was wrong will not be using them again.
Sales and service and installation excellent. Follow on maintenance service play is quite expensive.

The initial demonstration by Richard Goring was excellent.
Need more room on footrest.
Need a better movement switch. The rocker switch on the right arm will "bite" you if you don't grip it "square".
Aftercare services are too expensive.
Acorn make a very sturdy chairlift that works impeccably.
The gentleman who initially came to measure up was very knowledgeable and the delivery time to fit the stairlift was very quick. The installation was very speedy, and clean the whole process rook just over an hour.
