We used Acorn Stairlifts for our Instalation and from the moment we first contacted them to the fit it was perfect.
Obviously we can’t comment any further than that as the Instalation has only been in for a matter of weeks. Would I recommend Acorn on service to Date? 100% yes.

The customer service response was prompt, sadly in spite of repeated requests for installation urgency, after the receipt of 25% deposit, everything went lazy to say the least. Even for installation I had to remind them. A lot can be said about installation staff. I hope the promised 2 years service will live to promise rendered.

We didn't choose a provider - because we wanted to replace a staircase with a lift - but none of the information explains that you MUST have a staircase as well as a lift - so the whole experience was a complete waste of time!
