Avoid this company

I liked the no-pressure sales pitch and demonstration. The product was well described and would have been a good replacement for my old water softener. However the price, even with a discount, was not competitive with Kinetico.

Very happy with overall service provided and now in a position to give an accurate appraisal, having used the item for over a month.

I am hoping only to be in a wheelchair for a year as was looking to rent a stairlift. I paid for six Months in a lump sum then a very reasonable six monthly rental payments after that. Their monthly quote was a good bit cheaper than their rivals. The lift was installed within seven days (even although it was Xmas/new year) and it took their engineer approx two hours and it was ready!!

This is a very good chair, other than , for me, the arms seem rather low than what I have been used to. The massage appears to work good, although at present I have not been using it. The Driver was very obliging, and polite. I am very happy with this recliner chair, and good value.

Very polite and helpful rep came to assess our situation. In the event we did not need the reduction in the newel post at the top of the stairs, so that cost was deducted from the bill. Two VERY helpful installers arrived and having had it for 4 weeks we think it is great. Everyone associated with Stannah is an employee, so installation is not being off-loaded to a sub contractor. We paid for an extra 3 years guarantee, which we think is sensible. Hopefully this will see us out.
