For the quality of build and clean track which needs no lubrication this cannot be bettered. The person using our lift is not very tall so the only improvement I can think of is a lower seat height.

Up to the point of installation of the water filter tap the service was reasonably good however since using the water filter we have found that the kettle is showing limescale. I have contacted Harvey customer service by phone and have been told someone will get back to me as I have made numerous calls however no one has come back to me with acknowledgement of my complaint. At the point of ordering the water filter I was told that there would be no limescale in the kettle. I would therefore as

Had a Stanna stairlift in for 7/8 very strong till now with age and a lot of usage we’ve decided to have a new one again with Stanna… I did have acorn out for a quote but didn’t like the way they were very pushy!! And kept ringing me over and over to steer me away from stanna and to choose acorn. If I was very vulnerable I probably would have been pressured into having them …. Even after 3 phone calls telling them stanna was fitting me one they still carried on ringing. So please choose wisely

Excellent demonstration, all questions answered. The plumber also explained what was going to happen during the installation and answered any further questions. He left no mess, he was neat and tidy with his work. The water was softened immediately.
