Certain ‘clunkiness’ on ride but this due to narrowness of our stairs and joins as we needed both a left and right turns at bottom and top

Had it fixed four times in two months and now it has completely stopped working

They removed my second stair handrail weeks before the stairlift was installed. That was very inconsiderste. All firms were critical of each other - which helped. BUt I am shocked at how much room the lift takes up. I should have compared widths.

Be aware, my dad had them put a stairlift in and they smashed his washing machine glass with the track, accidents happen right? Getting it sorted afterwards was a nightmare. Then wouldn’t replace with like for like so dad has now got a sub standard washing machine!

Customer service and response was brilliant. The people representing the company were pleasant and professional. James, who came to install the stairlift worked constantly for 2 hours and was kind enough to swap our existing stairail to the opposite side when he installed the stair lift. The assessor and Technician both arrived at the arranged time and were polite, pleasant and efficient. I would certainly recommend Handicare to anyone want help and advice on stairlifts.

JUST SORTING OUT ISSUES THAT OCCURRED WHEN THEY HAD TO ALTER THE BANISTERS BECAUSE OF MY SIZE GETTING PAST THEM!! OTHERWISE FINE

Sharp practice from sales. Please ensure you get additional quotes. In the small print they do price match although the sales rep will not tell you this. Before payment I was able to obtain another quote for exactly the same stairlift at a discount of 25%. This they matched once I had obtained this in writing.

Absolute first class customer service. Brilliant workmanship. No mess left at all. Very professional. Highly recommended.
