Excellent iam very pleased with my stairlift I should have had one earlier it's great.dont know what I would do without it...

As far as I know my Dad loves the bed . The power cord was forgotten in the installation however Margaret at Dreams in Paisley was excellent in getting the cord to him and the bed now works perfectly. Thank you very much for a fast and efficient service

Salesman didn't mention 3 days prep works (as well as) 2 for installation). However, our urgent need for need fully met for which am immensely grateful. All staff very pleasant to deal with and VERY tidy - and thorough. One or 2 logistic snags well dealt with. Response to one minor fault rapidly corrtected.

We purchased the additional overhead light and electronic tray with light but are disappointed in that the tray interferes with allowing a grip for rising and also cannot be used for anything else but reading support or electronic port and charging. The overhead light is not particularly bright. My opinion is that it is overpricedfor its value

Had stairlift installed 3 weeks ago. Engineer due tomorrow to sort out some issues. Still waiting to hear about the warranty. Promised a call back but it still hasn’t been forthcoming.
