Have been using the water softener for one month now and very pleased we decided to have the softener installed. Made a lot of difference to the quality of water, no furring of kettle, sink and taps are gleaming also having a shower is wonderful. Need only a fraction of products o get a great lather.

Good service from when ordered to when they finished the job

It proved impossible for the lift to be installed without taking down most of a 10m x 5m ceiling and 8 days of building work (cf the 2 days the salesman suggested). We are still waiting for the £2,000 'fully refundable if installation can't proceed for technical reasons' deposit to be refunded. Not happy.

The reason it didn't meet our expectations was width of our stairs.

As the chair I chose was put in place & one of a pair from a suite was removed it came as a surprise just how big it appeared to be. As I have mobility issues I had to get an Echo (Alexa) set up to assist with switching on a standard lamp beside it as I could no longer reach the switch, but this is a small price to pay for the new found comfort especially when using the inbuilt massage function.
