Asked them to deal with me and not my parents as they are very frail but completely taken advantage by salesman and had them agreeing to stair lift with out speaking to myself, overcharged and taken advantage of

They were excellent

Only improvement would be a switch which returns the chair to a position pre selected by the user as being most comfortable

The service provided was of a very high quality - and everything was explained thoroughly. Avery neat job was done on installation and the provider also has salt to purchase that they will deliver free of charge, but also no obligation to buy from them

This company do not send any c.v of carers or profiles , they just send who they have at the time and one carer breached GDPR which involved the police .

Could improve by speeding up time of delivery; although prices are competitive there is scope for some improvement

Everyone I have been in contact with at Elder have been very polite, helpful and made me feel as if they really care rather than just doing a job. I have been very happy with their service.
