Stairlift was installed within days of purchase.

Happy with my choice

We were promised installation in 5 to 7 days, had to argue over the phone to get it within the fortnight. Sales representative measured everything and said everything was fine: the existing hand rail would be ok and we could park the stairlift a couple of stairs up to avoid having to move the radiator. In reality, the hand rail had to be moved to the other side and the radiator had to be replaced with a smaller double radiator costing another £200 and odd pounds. We had to constantly argue to

Newer dependency on water pressure for operation is new to me and so I cannot comment but always go for the cheapest regeneration method since it is only a mixed bed resin of ion exchangers and any premium on block salt cost is a waste of money.

Very speedy service and was fitted two days later which was excellent and the salesman and the engineer was brilliant,no complaints and nothing but praise.thank you
