I was contacted by adjustamatic beds and they arranged an appointment to call at our house 2days later. No one turned up and we waited in all day. No one called to apologise or say what happened. We had no way of contacting them. Wouldn’t think of using them now.

I needed a stairlift asap due to fall that left me no longer able to do steps , stairs or ladders ,now or in the future, so it was going to be for the rest of my life not short term , they initially said 14 days , but, due to curved stairs it took 4 weeks , which was good as l was under pressure due to not being discharged properly and in a funded emergency care bed .
