The only issue was the £100 discount which was promised for going through the comparison website,I did get it eventually but could have done without the hassle However the stairlift and especially the fitting was carried out very professionally and I’m very impressed with the outcome. Robert

Fitted on time and Fitter had spare board in van when item on chairlift tested failure.

Only one person even bothered getting back to me and then 4 days between responses.

The two men who fitted the stairlift were polite, friendly and very patient. I needed to use the stairs fairly frequently, and although they probably could’ve seen me far enough, they were really nice and patient. I can’t praise them highly enough, and to my shame, I can’t remember their names! Your records should show you who they were. So 5 stars all the way! Thank you
