Excellent service throughout

I don't think my husband's carer was representative of the care Elder give. I hope for Elder's sake she wasn't!! She spent an hour in the shower and wanted 2 a day!! never told my husband what she was doing, more interested in her computer and mobile phone. Broke the waste bin. We were not happy as her communication skills were almost zero and in no wy did she offer companionship. We complained to Elder who paid for our new bin lid and they spoke to the carer .
