A very disappointing experience, terrible communication, take too long to fulfill orders, still waiting for refund I ended up cancelling order, would not recommend to anyone, awful company, made numerous calls about refund and got fobbed off with excuses, have reported them to ombudsman.

Prime Stairlifts took £1,400 cash from me as a deposit for two straight stairlifts, their representative, Roy Higgs, then became unavailable by phone and email and I had to ask another company to carry out the installation. A total fraud by Roy and Prime. According to feedback left elsewhere, I'm not the only 'customer' they've stolen money from, there are maony others.
