We had one post installation issue - not with the lift where the safety systems worked perfectly, but with a wooden door that had been built to replace removed bannisters showing it was not locked. It was a Sunday and the Stiltz dury enginees travelled form well over 100 miles away to fix the proble, that day - great custoner service

I ordered the softener 8 weeks ago. Called many a times and was always told that it’s on its way. Last call 3 days back I requested for a refund. Was promised compensation but have not received any tracking number!!!extremely disappointed. Will definitely not recommend. Still awaiting refund and compensation!
