Really good service from start to finish I can fully recommend recliner factory for there good work

Little or no demonstration on delivery.. Delivery men couldnt leave quickly enough !!!No follow up to ask if I am satisfied or if there are any problems. And as yet no written receipt or finalisation of my transaction and copy of warranty

Have not regretted having a softener fitted, difference in the quality of the water is incredable. Would definitely recommend having one fitted.

They contacted us via your website so thought they were genuien, took £1,000.00 deposit from us for a Stannah, nearly new/less than 2 years old, customised for or curved stairs, then, without our knowledge or permission subbed our order to Stairlifts Direct, we got a Stannah & although seems a good one, believe it's more than 2 years old, the rail is not customised as originally discussed, for our curved stairs, so cannot get my Wheelchair past end as protrudes to far into the hall, ne
