Long waiting time for delivery of larger products.

Everyone was polite & helpful right from the first contact of booking an appointment for the stair lift to it being fitted.

Footrest failed to work on button has to be raised and lowered by hand.

several problems arose regarding the measurements of the stairlift once an infill was confirmed. Handicare tried to fit a slide rail that had been measured before the infill was completed and it did not fit. In all it took over 4 weeks to be installed once order had been confirmed. The fitters were excellent but could not fit the rail as the new measurement had not been relayed to the office, so another date had to be arranged.

Very good a providing the service at short notice but sometimes difficult to contact, and didn't realise it was just an introduction service.

All they are interested is get the money didn't give brochure in stalled with in a week problem in the first week engineer called the remote wasn't working and the stair lift thumping over the joint engineer said there was nothing wrong called them out again he turned up with a trainer and said there was nothing wrong replaced the battery the trainer said he heard the thumping over the joint so they called the fitters to come and re aline the stair track then we told him the remote was still
