Great company and people.

Rep not called when time arranged, said call back next day also nothing!

First lift fitted very poor engineer not up to job and lift was not in good condition but was sorted out quickly after phone call. New lift perfect and they sent engineer few days later to check.

Excellent just wished I’d purchased earlier

Installation was fast no leakage.

My chair supplied by Bay Healthcare Ltd, Lancaster Actual manufacturer not disclosed. Original chair broke down within a few weeks and replaced by a new chair under warranty. I have serious reservations about the quality of chair supplied - we will see. I paid a top price for it and would seriously question value for money when comparing my deal with others on offer.

Quick to get fitted - poor aftercare service and attrocious customer service to try to get problems resolved - stairlift fitted mid july and it has broken down numerous times. would not recommend this company AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was beyond expectations, I couldn't be more pleased.

Did not go ahead with any provider. Managed very well with extra hand rail.

Although the stairlift supplier contacted me quickly, I could not make an appointment immediately because of health issues. I arranged with them to contact me in about 4 weeks time, but have heard nothing since.
