Stiltz is one of the worst companies I have ever deal with both personally and professionally. The lift was never installed properly and although now function it is not idea as hard to access independently when using my wheelchair. The design works better if you can stand but at the moment my mobility is worse for a while as I recover from surgery so using my chair. This house was refurbished right back to the bare walls and Stiltz were involved from the get go but were poor communicators, di
