1. Lee Bagnall arrived on time.. fully explained the ins & outs of the bed, construction, choices they offer, benefits, and will come back soon .. after we have had several sleeps. The installers were VERY efficient.. friendly, took all the packaging away. This isa more expensive system. We shopped local bedfind stores before choosing ADJUSTOMATIC. WE FEEL.. We absolutely got what we paid for..

Didn't keep the appointment. No phone call to explain. Nothing. I didn't even bother chasing them up. Just typical of today's world.
