Great company to deal with and extra quick delivery with great priced products

Like all firms the prices are way above the OAP looking for goods l know you will be getting great goods but price matters and you have to think on all your needs and in general you are taking a large sum from your savings and you look at family and say to your self and family and think they could do with the money more than l need a chair sorry about that

The stairlift is just what I needed to get up my stairs. It folds away easy for people to just walk up the stairs. Good quality The fitter was a bit late coming it would have been polite if the office had rang my husband to say he was going to be late cos he had to go to hospital to visit me.

The plumber who installed it was excellent. Listened to our requirements and even ensured our fridge freezer was plumbed into the system so that we only have to replace one set of filters annually

Water softener does the job perfect no more lime scale. Plumber did excellent job. Sales man who visited home excellent. Customer service dreadful

In all fairness, my chair is 19 years old. For the first five years we received free servicing visits. Five years ago, I contacted the servicing department and reported a defect in detail, but it took four weeks before the service person arrived. On arrival He had no idea of the defects I had reported to the service department. The service overall was excellent considering he had no information. Two weeks ago, I contacted the department again and asked for assistance for the hand controller. T
