The box holding the salt was fitted covering half of an external air vent - could this be revisited? Thank you

Had to make several phone calls to find out what was happening ,was told it would be fitted within 2 weeks,actually was nearly 6 weeks which was very disappointing considering my mum has severe health issues .

Signed all paperwork with finance agreed on 24 November. Since then I have heard nothing from Company except through salesman, David. He is not allowed to access the admin at the Company but must ring through to the office where it's pot luck if anyone answers the phone. I wanted the chair (which is ready in the salesroom in Wales) for Christmas. I have been in flux, unable to put up any Christmas decorations etc. Adjustamatic, through its Head of Sales Keith Alexander informed David that

Although we have had our bed for a while now. We are careful people and expected to keep it for the rest of our lives. Although we were promised the the extortionate price would include an annual service. This service has never happened and I wish it would.

One company got in touch no follow up and no order still looking

No pushy sales, excellent product and service. Seamless installation with Mark who was excellent with my father and who took away all the rubbish and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.
