had problems with bed being 10 days after i was given del date also bed support in base of bed came away from side of bed after first night of sleeping in it and the repair is not being done until jan 20th so we paid a lot of money to have bed put back with a lump of wood to be able to use bed as like most people there is not space to keep a spare king size bed

Excellent from start to finish. They started at a great disadvantage due to my mid-placed bad attitude After three surveys and again my bad attitude your surveyer persevered in a friendly professional manner We were offered a free up grade due to it not going where we originally wantetd it saving £5-6k and amazedTOTALY amazed having been told Jan/Feb installation a despite pleading for an earlier date they could start tomorrow. Early days yet; only running two weeks. So far excellent. Great value for money. Less than half the price of competition

An excellent lift, working well, Would not be without it now.

The whole thing is outsourced to different groups, The pollock guys were great, as we the asbestos guy (cost twice the going rate for meter square removal) Was supposed to have started on November 21st but wasn’t done till December 20th
