Had Harveys come round to give me a quote after 3 weeks, heard nothing, filled in the survey for them to send other companies round, yet again they mentioned Harveys, informed them that i still had not heard anything from Harveys. Within a couple of hours the sales rep called to apologise that he thought he had sent the quote and would resend, still waiting. the Acorn stair lift is noisy and clunky when compared to our previous Stannar stair lift

Fitting was a breeze and I am already finding the stairlift very useful and easy to use. And the dog has finally accepted that this is not an invader from outer space, ha s stopped barking at it and now escorts me up and down. Highly recommended.

Overall a very efficient process from initial survey to installation. . We required one to be fitted urgently . Surveyed and ordered on Friday with installation completed the following Monday morning.. It also looks good

Water softener has only been installed for one month so rather early to review satisfaction.

From the very beginning in assisting me through the process as I have never used an inhouse carer and providing a suitable carer who in turn was excellent
