Price and comfort important

I was quoted for a hme lift. Sailsman said the lift was fine for my weiht & size. I ws happy & paid my deposit. A survey had to be done before any work could start. He came at noon & at 12.02. He said ''it wasn't fit for purpose'' & ''i had been wrongly advised''. My weight was over the limit & he doubted that ''i would fit in the lift safely''. The order was cancelled there & then. He was ''unable to understand the advice i had been given. He wasn't happy, neither was I. He was very apologetic

Communication so far has been good. Panels look good. Fitters were excellent. They made sure the panels look balanced on the roof. They made sure the app was up and running before they left. System so far is working well.

Both customer services and engineers visiting have been very friendly and highly efficient. My inherited stairlift is very old but the engineer has done a great job of keeping it going for me over the past 17+years

Due to a transport issue the job started a day late but we were contacted immediately and kept updated. The engineer who installed the stairlift was excellent, professional and extremely helpful. The place was left clean and tidy and we would recommend this company to anyone considering having a stairlift installed .
