Very helpful salesman

My plumber didn’t set up all the connections correctly. I noticed after a month , the salt block size was same and didn’t feel the water was any softer. I called the customer service who asked me to take a photo for the connections and email it to them. Upon receiving the photo, the customer service sent me instructions to change one of the connection which I did.. I immediately get a softer water . I was very pleased with the customer service and saved me the cost of getting a plumber to sort

Purchased a Acorn Straight Stairlift with additional swivel seat & hinged rail. For my 90 year old Mother who was having falls & trouble climbing her steep stairs. This lift has changed her life completely making it possible to live independently & safely. Would highly recommend a Acorn Stairlift.

Harveys did not turn up for the appointment made. when I rang the receptionist said the person coming to see me was off sick. She also said said she did not have my correct phone number or email address. So clearly she was telling porkies or you had not given them my full details
