I have to ring northern Ireland to notify of fault. Guy who answers always says well have an engineer with you sometime today.
Never happens, usually the following day. Engineer never calls to say he's on his way as informed by office.
I have actually gone 15 weeks needing a repair. You used to have yo call a English company number to report fault and they were completely useless.

They were kind considerate and hard working, though noisy at times they made sure were out or not disturbed. Everyone is amazed by how good it looks and how efficient it is with all its inbuilt safety features. I really think this is an excellent purchase and cant remember how I managed before it was installed
