After service not so good still waiting for the call back from them

There is plenty of scope for product discounts. Installation costs have increased far ahead of the so-called government inflation rates.
Verbal agreement for a £100 discount off price. This was not honoured. Telephoned customer service on numerous occasions and was promised call backs but no attempt was made by them to call back and resolve the problem.
The best for built in massage system, very expensive but meets the standard for top massage use, a choice for health issues rather than just a chair

Superb chair , perfect size , made to measure
the chair in the showroom, they said was 5 years old, it was well moulded to people, the chair they delivered was a totally different sitting experience, they said nothing they would do, then after pressure they sent an engineer out & then their office mistakenly offered a full refund!! exspect the chair you get not to be as comfy as the ones in theor showroom
Only on the third day of my chair but already feeling the benefits. My posture has improved, swollen legs decreased and I am comfortable for the first time in ages.
