I/we settled on having this company because the rep. that came out for the site viewing knew what he was talking about and helpful for any of my questions, unlike another rep who thought my wishes were too complex in design. The price quoted was also 60% cheaper than someone else . The two lads that came to install did a very good job especially because it rained non stop all day and sometimes heavy rain. Exactly what we envisaged. Highly recommend.
The rating would have been five stars except on arrival they had the wrong track and the correct track took a week to then come and install. I must say that on the installation day they did a great job. They engaged a last minute courier service of the new track as it was still not available and the engineer rejigged his schedule and made my installation the last of the day and I am very happy with the results.
Installation left a leak and we had 3 engineer visits but they couldn't fix it called Harvey's and all they did was apologies and made no attempt to even empathise. Very Poor customer service and quality as the product they installled didn't work the first time and they had to replace it. Over experience was very very poor

Very happy with customer service and with the price. Have had stairlift for a couple of months, and I couldn't be more pleased.
e are very pleased with the carer Edyn recommended, and they are an easy company to deal with clear contracts and procedures. The only annoyance was the expectation of multiple Zoom calls. This seemed like an unnecessary burden when so much else needed to be arranged.
VERY LIMITED PRODUCTS FOR SALE AND DEFINATELY NOT THE BEST ON THE MARKET.
