Brilliant initial call with Ivor - very helpful, attentive to specific needs based on dads current condition. No over selling and we ended up with the perfect solution at a very good price. Nick then came for the installation a few days later and did a clean and very professional job. Great safety checks and demonstration for my mum to follow. Super happy
I did not buy a stairlift. As I explained to representatives from numerous companies and several phone calls I was only looking for a rough idea of cost for future reference.

All those who took part in the preparation for and installation of the lift were friendly, courteous and efficient. I could not have wished for a nicer team of people to be working in my house. I was kept informed of progress at each stage, which allowed me to arrange other events around the installation. The lift itself is a high quality product, which has surpassed my expectations.
