My only disappointment was the promises made at the point of survey and sale (Installed between 5-7 days from the date of order) This did not happen. The date originally offered was to be 15 days after sale. I managed to bring forward to 10 working days. Don't promise something you can't always deliver.

I can't honestly give my opinion as I live in an area that doesn't get reception of Vodafone & EE ,just 02, so if you have same problem, no point using verisure alarm company, sorry
