The surveyor was very poor. He arrived early at my elderly parents home before my sister in law could be there. He was only meant to provide a quote. But had my parents pay a deposit. Very poor. The fitter was very good.

I would not recommend this company. The salesman did not advise me of the option of a powered seat, foot rest or hinged glide. The manual system is cumbersome. I was also mislead as to the warranty, being advised it was £10. Per month after the first year when in fact that is the monitoring system.
