Disappointed as the stairlift was not as described as surveyor. We were assured that radiator and handrail would not impinge on the installation
In reality the stairlift need Tom be positioned away from the wall leaving very tight knee room for my husband when sitting on the seat
The installation was technician adjusted the lift to make it serviceable within the restrictions

Everything ok while making the decision to buy but received a rude remark from the sales person when let down on the delivery schedule. Then after spending £2000 getting sales pestering me for over £600 for a maintenance contract which I will not be taking out with them
