A manufacturing fault became apparent within 48 hours of installation. A2b replaced the (large) faulty item within 24 hours of notification

I have not erected a carport as yet.

I know the last answer doesn’t seem fitting but after a very good experience with Acorn we were then told the cost of the maintenance contract cost which I thought was daylight robbery .
Fantastic service! Courteous friendly service no pressure to buy! Listened to my needs and worked through each scenario making sure I was completely happy. Demonstration & trial, double bed ordered. Made to our size specifications. Delivery and installation was faster than expected. Very happy!
