The Stairlift is an excellent piece of equipment and well above what I expected. It was installed by Kirsty from AMStairlifts who did an excellent job. No mess no fuss and thoroughly briefed my wife and I on how to safely use it.
It would have been useful to have a hard water test kit and full installation instructions with a manual which it stated was included.
